About ALTV Channel 4
ALTV is a multi-platform that involves children, teachers, parents, and communities in designing learning management. They aim to create a learning ecosystem for a new way of life where children develop new competencies, teachers enhance their skills, parents build capacity with their children, and communities promote education. ALTV has partnerships with educational agencies and will supplement educational TV channels with content design and program layout. They offer content classified by target group and type of program.
