About Canal Assembleia
Assembleia Legislativa do ES (AL-ES) is the legislative body of the Brazilian state of Espírito Santo. It is responsible for creating and passing laws, overseeing the work of the executive branch of the state government, and representing the interests of the citizens of Espírito Santo.
The AL-ES is composed of 30 state deputies who are elected every four years through a direct vote. Its headquarters are located in the state capital of Vitória. The Assembly holds regular sessions and also has several committees that focus on specific issues, such as finance, education, and health.
